NEWS: CIRASIM 1ST STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING

The first Steering Committee meeting of the CIRASIM project was successfully held on March 19th, 2025, at the premises of the Central Adriatic Ports Authority in Ancona. During the meeting, partners reviewed key project activities and discussed ongoing progress across multiple work packages.

The event gathered project partners for productive discussions on the progress achieved during Period 1, and key steps ahead in Period 2. Participants also had the opportunity to visit the Port of Ancona and exchange perspectives on the challenges and opportunities related to cold ironing implementation.

Overall, the meeting provided a valuable opportunity for partners to align their efforts, exchange insights, and outline the next steps for the successful implementation of cold ironing systems at regional ports. The CIRASIM team is looking forward to the continued collaboration and the successful execution of the project’s goals.
